You are not short on information.

You have probably already tried a few things. Videos that contradict each other. An appointment that ended with rest and ibuprofen. A sheet of exercises with no explanation of why your leg is on fire at three in the morning.

So you read more. And the more you read, the more frightened you get, until you are half convinced you have done something permanent and the safest thing is to stop moving altogether.

That fear is not irrational, and it is not your fault. But it does make things worse, because fear changes how your nervous system handles pain. A frightened body turns the volume up.

What you need is not more information. It is the right information, from someone qualified to give it, in an order that makes sense.

Imagine knowing what to do today.

Not wondering. Not searching. Not lying still because you are afraid of making it worse.

A short routine to ease your body into the morning. Gentle movements you can come back to whenever things feel spicy. Strength work that builds at a pace your body can actually tolerate. And a plan for the bad days, because there will be some, and that is normal.

Your body is more capable than your fear is telling you.

I'm Jen Searle

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience treating spinal conditions. I have worked alongside orthopaedic surgeons as an Extended Scope Practitioner, and I have spent most of my career with people who arrived in clinic frightened, exhausted, and holding a folder of conflicting advice.

The same fears came up again and again. The same avoidable mistakes. And there is only one of me.

That is why I built Sciatica: Soothe & Strengthen.

Who this is not for

If you have loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness around the saddle area, or sudden significant weakness, that needs urgent medical assessment today, not an online course.

If you have not had any kind of diagnosis or assessment yet, see a physiotherapist or GP first.

And if you are looking for a guarantee, I cannot give you one. Recovery is variable and it is not going to be linear. What I can give you is a clear plan and an honest explanation of what is happening.
